Hi!

We're so happy you are here. Welcome to the 019 Golfhouse. Thanks for coming to learn a bit more about us and our story.

We're Chadd and Karcy. We are parents to two beautiful daughters and a precious pup. The 019 Golfhouse was born out of our desire to spend more time together as a family and to create a place that fosters that ideal for so many other families here in Greer.

Time is so precious. We believe in finding more ways to spend time how we want to, not how we have to. Karcy grew up watching golf, and Chadd grew up playing. When they met at Clemson, Chadd showed Karcy the ropes and rounds of golf soon became a go-to date. When kids came along, the time required to play an entire round felt a bit daunting.

This, along with the desire to create a place that truly is for the community, led to 019 GolfHouse.


We want to spend more time with our family and friends and we know you do too.

A place where you can play an entire round in just a couple of hours. A place where you can practice close to home, in any type of weather. A place where you can gather with your friends and compete year round. A place to watch the game while you master your short game. A place to get in some swings after the kids are down. A place to unwind after work.

It also can be a place and time to fulfill your social cup or a time of solitude and reflection.
